Almond Crusted Baked Salmon

I am trying very hard to incorporate more fish into my diet. It’s one of the best sources of protein and very healthy and good for you. I have a few types of fish that I can tolerate and Salmon is one of them. Salmon is an excellent source of Omega-3s, B-Vitamins, Potassium and of course protein. If possible try to get Wild Caught Salmon and all fish for that matter, it is so much better for you than the farm raised variety. Yes wild caught fish may cost a bit more but it is worth it when it comes to putting healthy food into our bodies and as always please please stay away from Tilapia.

The recipe I will be sharing with you is one of my favorites, I coat the salmon with Raw Almonds, which is one of my favorite nuts and also has plenty of health benefits, they are a good source of Vitamin E and high in protein. You can’t really go wrong with this recipe. It is healthy and delicious and takes only a few minutes to prepare. You’re welcome 🙂
